What you will drive
JOB PURPOSE
- Supervise and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of driver/operators ensuring safe operations and OTM is fit for purpose.
- Drive and Operate OTMs safely & to be professional, competent & compliant in all aspects of your duties
- To be competent in basic maintenance, repairs & fault finding to OTMs.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Competency assessments carried out to plan
- Quality of documentation
- Machine availability
- Machine condition
- Number of internally conducted shifts
- Machine crew planning/rostering/overtime
