Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the negotiation of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) with clients and Sub-LTSAs with service providers
- Manage service providers and equipment suppliers to ensure maintenance requirements are completed according to contractual obligations and manufacturer specifications
- Analyze performance data to determine root causes and performance trends, and prepare monthly reports for clients
- Oversee the management of Preventative, Corrective, and Reactive maintenance across utility-scale BESS projects

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and experience:
- Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) degree or diploma
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management in renewable power generation or service environment with electrical, controls, and network communication systems
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, risk management and consensus building skills
- Professional-level capabilities with project management tools (e.g., MS 365 and Microsoft Project)
