Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the negotiation of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) with clients and Sub-LTSAs with service providers
  • Manage service providers and equipment suppliers to ensure maintenance requirements are completed according to contractual obligations and manufacturer specifications
  • Analyze performance data to determine root causes and performance trends, and prepare monthly reports for clients
  • Oversee the management of Preventative, Corrective, and Reactive maintenance across utility-scale BESS projects

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) degree or diploma
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management in renewable power generation or service environment with electrical, controls, and network communication systems
  • Strong negotiation, facilitation, risk management and consensus building skills
  • Professional-level capabilities with project management tools (e.g., MS 365 and Microsoft Project)
