Logistics Coordinator

Core responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation of fresh produce and other food products with operations team and brokers/carriers
• Track and trace inbound, outbound, and direct orders to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Monitor loads in transit, anticipate delays, and update operations team
• Ensure compliance with USDA and state agriculture requirements for documentation

This role helps provide fresh produce and other perishables to food banks in the Southeast region, extending the purchasing power of supported food banks and helping them exceed volume goals to address food insecurity.

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or food banking
• Proficient in MS Office with ability to learn in-house systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
