Local Group Leaders, US

We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to lead our local groups in the US. As a Local Group Leader, you will be responsible for managing and growing your local group, building relationships with members, and promoting our organization's mission. Manage and grow your local group, including recruiting new members and retaining existing ones. Build relationships with members, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues. Promote our organization's mission and values. Collaborate with other Local Group Leaders and our national team to achieve shared goals.

This role creates positive change by mobilizing local communities to advocate for AI safety through direct actions and grassroots lobbying, influencing policy and raising public awareness.

2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
