Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of loan applications for approximately half of all borrowers—from initial inquiry through approval—and support current borrowers throughout repayment
- Support daily operations, fundraising, communications, and loans including maintaining accurate records in the loan management system and donor records
- Monitor general email inbox and main phone line, update website content, maintain social media accounts, and support planning for events and meetings
- Prepare updates and reports for the Executive Director and Board, build relationships with local human services providers, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows
