• Manage defense and strategy for litigation matters in New York, prioritizing exit strategies and summary resolutions.
• Oversee regulatory health, annual filings, and corporate maintenance of Wyoming entities as Head of Compliance.
• Supervise a dedicated paralegal and ensure high-velocity legal operations within White Knight's integrated system.

This role ensures the legal and compliance infrastructure of a multi-entity ecosystem operates with precision, enabling the organization to focus on its mission without regulatory or litigation distractions.

• 20+ years in complex commercial litigation with Big Law training, now operating as a lean, high-impact solo or boutique partner.
• Admitted and in good standing in New York.
• Familiarity with Wyoming corporate statutes and ability to maintain a pristine regulatory footprint.
• Idealist mindset preferring steady guaranteed monthly income over client acquisition hustle.

Part-time contract role with monthly compensation between $3,000 and $5,000. Full access to White Knight internal systems and dedicated paralegal support. 90-day probationary period.
