Lifecycle Marketing Manager

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of lifecycle and retention marketing to drive measurable revenue growth and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
• Develop and execute end-to-end strategy for all email and SMS campaigns, including automated, transactional, and promotional communications
• Lead key 2026 initiatives including website modernization, nurture funnel development, lead funnel optimization, referral program launch, and list health management
• Conduct continuous A/B testing and optimization across email and SMS channels to improve performance metrics

This role contributes to the solar and alternative energy revolution by helping customers adopt clean, affordable, and reliable solar energy solutions, reducing dependence on fossil fuels and promoting environmental sustainability.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle, email, or retention marketing with proven ability to drive revenue and increase CLV
• Deep experience with major ESP or Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Strong data and analytical skills with ability to analyze campaign performance and turn complex data into actionable insights
• Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and hands-on experience with SMS marketing platforms and best practices
