Core responsibilities:

• Develop and improve the sustainability models axis, including implementing virtual course calls for social organizations in Latin America and generating weekly content and open activities
• Lead team ceremonies for sustainability (planning, follow-up, and review according to established objectives) and participate in ongoing activities for planning and promoting MDS services
• Design and implement online courses, record them for asynchronous availability, and develop content strategies for social networks and digital channels
• Monitor and evaluate the sustainability models axis for continuous improvement, including analysis, reports, and presence in communities

This role creates positive change by helping social organizations develop alternative income sources beyond traditional donation schemes, fostering financial sustainability and entrepreneurial mindset to strengthen their impact in Latin America.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven experience of 1 year in similar roles, preferably with civil society organizations or social enterprises
• Bilingual English proficiency and excellent interpersonal and institutional relationship management
• Commercial experience and proposal development skills, with sales and contract negotiation abilities
• Active and empathetic listening skills, ability to synthesize ideas into concrete actions, and advanced Excel knowledge
