Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and coordination of the Lighthouse Learning Collective, bringing together LGBTQIA+, harm reduction, and substance use treatment service providers and community members in NYC
  • Develop and deliver educational materials, training curricula, tools, and quality indicators on topics relating to LGBTQIA+ health and harm reduction
  • Coach and supervise the NYC Capacity Building Coordinator in delivering capacity building and technical assistance to social service providers
  • Ensure effective contract management, including deliverable planning, tracking, timely reporting, and budget management

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in non-profit program work, with experience in training delivery, technical assistance, coalition-building, or service delivery to people who use drugs and LGBTQIA+ communities
  • Familiarity and experience with training curriculum design and facilitation
  • Contract and budget management experience
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Zoom webinar software, and project management systems
  • Working knowledge of LGBTQIA+ health issues and passion for harm reduction principles
