Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute the Immigration Services department's training and professional development strategy and programs.
- Oversee immigration legal trainings, continuing legal education (CLE), career development, legal competency evaluations, and career counseling.
- Manage performance evaluation processes, provide feedback mechanisms, and handle career development counseling.
- Design, implement, and lead mentoring programs, including matching mentors and mentees.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience in designing and implementing effective legal professional development programs.
- Licensed attorney in good standing; JD or related degree and/or 5-7 years of related experience.
- 5+ years of immigration attorney and staff supervisory experience.
- Bilingual and/or bi-literate ability (English/Spanish) preferred.
