Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Providing accurate, relevant and timely legal advice to management and staff on a broad range of issues, with particular focus on employment law and dispute resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the organization
  • Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing organizational policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with third parties including external counsel and regulators as needed, and designing/delivering legal training to the organization

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor of Laws or equivalent legal qualification
  • Legal industry experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, high degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Strong analytical and research skills, ability to work well within a team and individually
  • Professional legal qualification and/or exposure to employment law/dispute resolution would be a plus
