Legal Counsel and/or Senior Legal Counsel

• Serve as lead lawyer for selected CEPI projects in formation and implementation phases, including grants and investments in product candidates and platform technologies
• Provide legal advice in forming and managing collaborations with various actors in the vaccine/biologics R&D and manufacturing value chain
• Draft and negotiate access and commercialization terms in CEPI funding agreements, translating commercial terms into contractual commitments
• Create and maintain legal and agreement templates, advise on legal and risk issues, and manage outside counsel as required
