Legal Assistant (Remote Within Brazil)

• Support the Legal Department by organising, structuring and maintaining legal and contractual documentation on an ongoing basis.
• Organise and maintain digital folders and document repositories to ensure clarity, consistency and easy traceability.
• Manage and control legal documents, including contracts, drafts, annexes and supporting materials, in accordance with defined internal standards.
• Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of internal legal routines, controls and processes.

Your work will play a key role in ensuring legal consistency, traceability, and operational efficiency, directly supporting the scalability of Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) technology and sustainable agriculture and advancing our mission to remove CO₂ from the atmosphere.

• Law student (from the 7th semester onwards) or recently graduated, with foundational knowledge of Brazilian law.
• Strong administrative and documental organization skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and professional working English (legal and professional communication; full fluency is not required).
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a consistent, methodical approach to daily tasks.
