Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Review November 2025 Left Feminist Formation Gathering outputs and participant feedback
  • Identify and catalog organizations, initiatives, and leaders across the left feminist ecosystem, with attention to gaps and under-connected sectors
  • Develop a visual map showing relationships, influence, clusters, gaps, and opportunities for alignment or constituency formation
  • Analyze findings and provide strategic recommendations for network weaving, coordinated campaigns, and shared narratives
  • Present findings to BFF staff via a final report and virtual presentation

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Experience in research, network mapping, or ecosystem analysis
  • Research experience must be focused on feminist social movements with a focus on left, multiracial grassroots organizations
  • Familiarity with feminist, racial justice, and social movements preferred
  • Experience with organizing, community building, activism recommended
