Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Review November 2025 Left Feminist Formation Gathering outputs and participant feedback
- Identify and catalog organizations, initiatives, and leaders across the left feminist ecosystem, with attention to gaps and under-connected sectors
- Develop a visual map showing relationships, influence, clusters, gaps, and opportunities for alignment or constituency formation
- Analyze findings and provide strategic recommendations for network weaving, coordinated campaigns, and shared narratives
- Present findings to BFF staff via a final report and virtual presentation

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Experience in research, network mapping, or ecosystem analysis
- Research experience must be focused on feminist social movements with a focus on left, multiracial grassroots organizations
- Familiarity with feminist, racial justice, and social movements preferred
- Experience with organizing, community building, activism recommended
