Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Advise Scholars and families through all stages of the college process โ from building balanced lists to enrolling in college
- Plan and facilitate bi-weekly LEDA College Guidance classes during the LEDA Summer Institute
- Write compelling, individualized recommendation letters and track application, financial aid, and scholarship data in Salesforce
- Communicate and coordinate with parents/guardians, high school counselors, and college admissions officers

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required
- Professional experience providing college advising to FLI (first-generation and/or low-income) students
- Demonstrated professional knowledge of the college application process, financial aid, and college scholarship opportunities
- Familiarity with admission requirements of selective colleges and experience developing/facilitating student workshops
- Willingness to reside at the Summer Institute full-time and maintain a flexible work schedule throughout the year
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong organizational abilities

- Salary range: $60,000โ$65,000 per year
