What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Design and develop online and blended learning modules that align with NDRN's training goals
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of NDRN's LMS (Brightspace), ensuring seamless user experience and compliance with accessibility standards
  • Lead webinar production and support virtual trainings, ensuring smooth delivery and accessible materials
  • Research and implement new learning technologies to enhance engagement and accessibility

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or related field (master's preferred)
  • 5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or eLearning management
  • 2+ years administering Brightspace (D2L) or similar LMS
  • Proven ability to create accessible content that meets WCAG 2.1, Section 508, and plain language standards
  • Hands-on experience producing or managing webinars and virtual trainings
