What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the design, delivery, and facilitation of leadership development programs and activities (e.g., LEAP and Leadership Academy initiatives), under the direction of the VP Group Talent.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks, guidelines, and principles for internal mobility, in alignment with Group Talent strategy.
- Partner with divisional People & Organization teams, business leaders, and external partners to support delivery of Group L&D initiatives.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve impactful learning experiences (both in-person and digital).

Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs.
- Ability to partner with business divisions to identify development needs and build engaging learning journeys.
- Knowledge of embedding DEI principles into learning programs and collaborating with ERGs.
- Experience in supporting change enablement through learning interventions aligned with organizational priorities.
