Learning & Development Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Design and lead innovative learning programmes that address business needs across all career stages
• Deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences through diverse formats, including workshops, digital learning and blended approaches
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic learning plan aligned with organisational priorities and future capability needs
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and inform targeted development initiatives

This role creates positive change by building capability, fostering growth, and supporting strategic business goals through high-impact learning programmes that address skill gaps and future capability needs across the organisation.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience leading L&D initiatives across multiple business units or geographies, demonstrating adaptability and strategic alignment
• Track record of success in designing and delivering leadership development programmes that build capability and support succession planning
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural and behavioural change through learning interventions
• Degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field OR CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent professional qualification)
