Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the transformation and elevation of three major e-learning programs through full learning design lifecycle from conceptual development to creation of high-quality asynchronous learning experiences
  • Translate existing curricula and manual-based training into dynamic, accessible, and engaging online learning pathways including drafting full curricula, producing SCORM files, developing narration scripts, designing learner activities, and creating multi-disciplinary learning tracks
  • Build LMS components in LearnDash and WordPress, develop SCORM-compliant course files, and ensure accessibility and trauma-conscious online pacing across all learning initiatives
  • Assess course components for accreditation alignment across multiple disciplines and implement structural adjustments to support future certification pathways

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, learning architecture, or curriculum development (5–10+ years preferred)
  • Significant experience designing asynchronous adult-learning programs and advanced proficiency in LearnDash and WordPress LMS implementation
  • Proven experience developing high-quality narration, learning activities, and assessments with sensitivity to trauma-conscious pedagogy and human-rights centered frameworks
  • Strong project management skills with ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and translate complex conceptual content into accessible learning design
