Learning Consultant

As a Learning Consultant at ScottishPower, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a skills-first and needs-driven learning culture that drives organisational capability and future readiness.

• Conduct comprehensive and iterative learning needs analyses to identify current capability gaps and future skill requirements
• Apply performance consulting methodologies to diagnose business challenges and recommend learning and non-learning solutions
• Lead on the design, implementation, on-going adoption and maintenance of skill frameworks across a wide range of job families
• Develop and drive change management plans to ensure sustainability of implementation across business

By enabling continuous development and fostering a skills-first and needs-driven mindset, you will ensure our workforce remains agile, capable, and prepared for the challenges of the rapidly evolving energy sector, supporting the transition to renewable energy and Net Zero goals.

• Significant demonstrable experience and knowledge of individual and organisational skills and capability development
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large and complex organisation
• Experience in skills-based learning and in identifying strategic learning needs
• Strong consultancy skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent proficiency in project management methodologies preferring to work in an agile manner
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy skills

Salary up to £56,000 + up to 10% bonus & single cover private medical
