Lead Technical Writer

• Collaborate with the Head of Service Documentation to plan and coordinate documentation activities
• Guide and support documentation workstreams across projects and operational needs
• Deliver and maintain high-quality, standardized technical documentation for offshore wind portfolio
• Contribute to process improvement, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment
