Mission

What you will drive

  • Act as a liaison between Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, and TMOs to resolve and follow through on issues/defects.
  • Lead the creation of standard operating procedures and solutions for technical elements of the system that are effective and repeatable.
  • Ensure CRM tickets are fully documented and resolved or escalated to the appropriate support level.
  • Participate in response teams for root cause analysis of system problems identified in the deployment of company solutions.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5-7 years of experience with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to complete methodical root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Experience with solutions involving both software and hardware, and utility operations experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong customer communication and service skills.
