Mission

What you will drive

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring they find value in Wood Mackenzie's products and services
  • Collaborate with customers during onboarding to optimize product usage and minimize adoption time, ensuring long-term success
  • Monitor customer health, develop improvement plans, and act as a customer advocate by delivering feedback to internal teams
  • Work with Account/Sales Management to position for business retention, growth, and contract renewal

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Basic customer-facing experience and good communication/interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, presentation, and time management skills with ability to prioritize effectively
  • Basic understanding of customer journeys and ability to solve problems proactively
  • Working knowledge of the Energy industry is desirable, and experience with health metrics to drive customer success is preferred
