Mission
What you will drive
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring they find value in Wood Mackenzie's products and services
- Collaborate with customers during onboarding to optimize product usage and minimize adoption time, ensuring long-term success
- Monitor customer health, develop improvement plans, and act as a customer advocate by delivering feedback to internal teams
- Work with Account/Sales Management to position for business retention, growth, and contract renewal

Required qualifications and skills:
- Basic customer-facing experience and good communication/interpersonal skills
- Good organizational, presentation, and time management skills with ability to prioritize effectively
- Basic understanding of customer journeys and ability to solve problems proactively
- Working knowledge of the Energy industry is desirable, and experience with health metrics to drive customer success is preferred
