Lead Solutions Engineer, Integrations

• Own and execute integration projects from customer discovery through go-live, creating detailed project plans and coordinating stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery and design engagements with customers, including scoping data interfaces and negotiating delivery timelines.
• Analyze complex data relationships, identify root causes of mismatches, and build custom queries or tools for validation.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product engineering, and data science to drive integration delivery and influence internal discussions.

This role directly reduces fresh food waste in the grocery industry by deploying AI-powered solutions that minimize waste and maximize sales, contributing to climate change mitigation.

• Demonstrated ability to independently own and execute complex integration projects end-to-end.
• Experience leading technical discovery and solution design with customer IT stakeholders.
• Data transformation and design experience, with ability to work alongside data engineers and data scientists.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools; strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Salary Range in U.S.: $134,000 - $181,000 + meaningful early stage equity & benefits.
