Lead Project Manager Development

Core responsibilities:

• Lead development projects from beginning to end, overseeing cross-functional teams across the organization
• Manage all aspects of business deals including resource allocation, schedules, cost, and technical adequacy
• Coordinate key functions such as financial feasibility analyses, engineering/design, project legal review, permitting activities, and financial negotiations
• Construct contractual arrangements for project development and negotiate agreements with consultants and subcontractors

This role directly impacts the organization's goal of aggressively growing renewable asset production, helping to develop renewable energy projects that contribute to cleaner energy solutions and environmental sustainability.

Required qualifications:

• High School Grad/GED with Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience developing renewable asset business opportunities
• Experience leading projects requiring land acquisition, permitting, zoning, environmental studies, and interconnection evaluations
• Experience with project valuations, commercial agreements, and tax abatements
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing project management principles
