What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead development projects from beginning to end, overseeing cross-functional teams across the organization
- Manage all aspects of business deals including resource allocation, schedules, cost, and technical adequacy
- Coordinate key functions such as financial feasibility analyses, engineering/design, project legal review, permitting activities, and financial negotiations
- Construct contractual arrangements for project development and negotiate agreements with consultants and subcontractors

Required qualifications:
- High School Grad/GED with Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience developing renewable asset business opportunities
- Experience leading projects requiring land acquisition, permitting, zoning, environmental studies, and interconnection evaluations
- Experience with project valuations, commercial agreements, and tax abatements
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing project management principles
