Lead Product Manager, Vehicle & Infrastructure

• Create and own the roadmap, setting the vision for the product area and guiding teams to execute through persuasion and evaluation.
• Own the product development process from start to finish to bring new products to life, partnering with engineering, design, and research teams to build consumer-facing features.
• Understand customer needs and pain points, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to gather requirements, prioritize, and make decisions.
• Work backwards from desired customer experiences, writing product requirements and driving consensus with business and technical stakeholders.

This role contributes to building a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free by developing electric bikes and scooters that provide clean alternatives to car ownership, reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable urban mobility.

• 7+ years experience as a technical leader and/or Product Manager with experience in hardware or firmware product development (e.g., consumer electronics, vehicles, IoT devices).
• Comfortable working across multiple technologies, able to discuss architectures and technical tradeoffs, including hardware, power, electronics, firmware, and in-app experience.
• Passionate about Lime's mission and micromobility, with an owner's mindset, intellectual honesty, and ability to drive clarity and operate at all levels from C-suite to technical teams.
• Insight-led and data-optimized, skilled in pulling data to evaluate problems and using customer empathy to generate insights.
