Lead Product Manager

• Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical domains within our autonomous mobility stack, translating user and business needs into clear technical strategies for high-impact areas like perception, prediction, or motion planning.
• Actively gather stakeholder needs and distill them into robust technical product requirements, developing comprehensive product artifacts as the single source of truth for engineering teams.
• Synthesize technical and analytical insights from vehicle logs, system metrics, and simulation results to inform and prioritize the product roadmap, validating assumptions and guiding strategic decisions.
• Build tight feedback loops with internal engineers, operations teams, and external partners, understanding system architecture, performance bottlenecks, and constraints that influence product capabilities.

This role contributes to transforming cities through autonomous technology to create a safer, greener, more accessible world by reimagining transit to minimize congestion, expand access, and foster more green, vibrant, and livable spaces.

• Minimum of 10 years of proven Product Management experience with expertise in leading product development from idea to market for software, hardware, or combined products.
• Experience developing/launching products/technologies within AI/ML, autonomous vehicles, robotics, IoT, or transportation-as-a-service sectors.
• Strong technical acumen to debate tradeoffs with engineers, understand system architecture, and synthesize insights from complex datasets like vehicle logs and simulation results.
• Demonstrated ability in cross-functional leadership, mentoring junior PMs, and crafting product strategy amidst ambiguity, with strategic vision and analytical rigor.
