What you will drive
- Own the end-to-end productization of new alloys, taking materials from R&D proof-of-concept through to scalable, repeatable, robust manufacturing processes.
- Define quality standards and inspection or test requirements for alloy products and manufactured parts and document the standards in manufacturing and testing instructions.
- Serve as the primary technical interface between R&D scientists and manufacturing engineers, translating experimental findings into actionable production guidance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of industry experience in metallurgy, materials engineering, or a related discipline, with demonstrated involvement in product development or process engineering.
- Hands-on experience taking a material or component from development-stage through to a manufacturable, qualified product.
- Familiarity with alloy processing techniques such as powder metallurgy, heat treatment, or additive manufacturing.
- Proven ability to develop quality assurance frameworks, write material specifications, and establish characterization test procedures.
