Lead Engineer

• In this role, you'll independently own and ship product.
• Work closely with the clinical team to understand needs and deliver solutions that build trust.
• Own technical initiatives including infrastructure migration, engagement engines, LLM automation, and platformisation.
• Identify problems, propose solutions, and execute them autonomously.
• Build and manage a small engineering team as the platform scales.
