Lead DevOps Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps across multiple applications and environments
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform for consistent and compliant environment provisioning
• Own release management, deployment planning, and zero-downtime deployment strategies (Blue Green, rolling deployments)
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, design reviews, and mentoring to DevOps engineers and development teams

This role enables mission-critical platforms that directly support laboratory operations, customer-facing applications, and global business workflows for DNA sequencing and genomics services that serve pharma, diagnostics, food, agriculture, and research markets.

Required qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline design, and release orchestration
• Proven expertise in Azure Cloud services including App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, and related services
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and/or Python for automation
• Minimum 10-14 years of IT experience with at least 7 years in DevOps/Platform Engineering roles
