Lead Business Systems Analyst, GTM Systems

• Translate complex pricing and packaging strategies into clear business and functional requirements
• Conduct end-to-end impact assessments across the Lead-to-Cash process to identify downstream effects
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to build financial models and solution prototypes
• Document detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

This role shapes Go-to-Market strategy by ensuring strategic commercial decisions are effectively translated into scalable technology solutions across the entire Lead-to-Cash process.

• 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting large-scale enterprise applications in B2B SaaS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• Extensive experience leading Pricing and Packaging initiatives for multi-product or subscription-based companies
• Solid functional understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and CPQ systems

Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00, discretionary bonus typically paid annually, Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire, 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
