Law Clerk Fall 2026 (Florida & Caribbean)

• Research and draft legal filings, petitions, and comments on environmental issues.
• Assist with litigation, administrative advocacy, and policy development.
• Collaborate with coalitions and partners to protect species and habitats.

This role supports the Center for Biological Diversity's mission to protect endangered species and habitats in Florida and the Caribbean through legal advocacy and policy work.

• Must be a law student entering 2L, 3L, or LLM in Fall 2026.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Familiarity with environmental and administrative law preferred.
• Background in environmental or biological studies preferred.

Hourly wage: $18.07/hour. Benefits include 403(b) plan, paid sick leave (1 hour per 30 hours worked), and a relaxed work atmosphere.
