What you will drive
- Manage and supervise internal landscape architecture and civil engineer project teams with planning, site layout, and landscape design documents.
- Manage external consultants and project teams with planning, site layout, and construction documents.
- Maintain and develop client relationships.
- Collaborate with Directors to coordinate concept visioning sessions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor or Masterโs degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- A minimum of 12 yearsโ professional experience in landscape architecture is preferred.
- Professional registration as a Virginia Licensed Landscape Architect or ability to obtain reciprocity quickly.
- Team player with excellent design, graphic, communication, and presentation skills.
