Landscape Architect Senior Project Manager

• Manage and supervise internal landscape architecture and civil engineer project teams with planning, site layout, and landscape design documents.
• Manage external consultants and project teams with planning, site layout, and construction documents.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Collaborate with Directors to coordinate concept visioning sessions.

This role creates positive change by designing high-performing and beautiful landscapes that serve diverse communities, including parks, open spaces, and sustainable energy projects, enhancing the built environment and quality of life.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• A minimum of 12 years’ professional experience in landscape architecture is preferred.
• Professional registration as a Virginia Licensed Landscape Architect or ability to obtain reciprocity quickly.
• Team player with excellent design, graphic, communication, and presentation skills.

Compensation: $120,000-$160,000 annually. Offers based on internal equity, experience, skills, education, credentials and role complexity.
