Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities include:
- Manage and supervise internal landscape architecture and civil engineer project teams with planning, site layout, and landscape design documents
- Maintain and develop client relationships and collaborate with Directors to coordinate concept visioning sessions
- Provide QA/QC from concept to documentation and work closely with project managers to maintain project deadlines, budgets, and milestones
- Collaborate with Directors to cultivate innovation, design initiatives, standards, and structure for the landscape architecture department

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
- A minimum of 12 years' professional experience in landscape architecture is preferred
- Professional registration as a Virginia Licensed Landscape Architect or ability to obtain reciprocity quickly
- Experience in producing high-quality concept presentations and documentation sets, project accounting, construction administration, and business development
