Landscape Architect Senior Project Manager

Core responsibilities include:

• Manage and supervise internal landscape architecture and civil engineer project teams with planning, site layout, and landscape design documents
• Maintain and develop client relationships while collaborating with Directors on concept visioning sessions
• Provide QA/QC from concept to documentation and work closely with project managers to maintain project deadlines, budgets, and milestones
• Mentor staff in professional growth, development, and career advancement while advocating for landscape architecture at Timmons Group

This role creates positive change by designing high-performing and beautiful landscapes across all design scales, serving diverse markets and clients while contributing to sustainable built environments through projects including energy and renewables.

Required qualifications include:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program with minimum 12 years' professional experience
• Professional registration as a Virginia Licensed Landscape Architect or ability to obtain reciprocity quickly
• Experience in producing high-quality concept presentations, documentation sets, project accounting, and managing project schedules and budgets
• Knowledge in design software including AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and 3D modeling programs
