Landscape Architect Senior Project Manager

Core responsibilities include:

• Manage and supervise internal landscape architecture and civil engineer project teams with planning, site layout, and landscape design documents
• Maintain and develop client relationships while collaborating with Directors on concept visioning sessions
• Provide QA/QC from concept to documentation and work closely with project managers to maintain project deadlines, budgets, and milestones
• Collaborate with Directors to cultivate innovation, design initiatives, standards, and structure for the landscape architecture department

This role creates positive change by designing high-performing and beautiful landscapes across all design scales, serving diverse markets and clients while mentoring the next generation of talent in landscape architecture.

Required qualifications include:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program with minimum 12 years' professional experience
• Professional registration as a Virginia Licensed Landscape Architect or ability to obtain reciprocity quickly
• Team player with excellent design, graphic, communication, and presentation skills, well organized and detail oriented
• Experience in producing high-quality concept presentations, project accounting, construction administration, business development, and proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp
