Land Agent [Remote]

• Initiate and manage relationships with landowners to secure long-term land agreements for renewable energy projects.
• Negotiate and secure land leases, purchases, easements, and other agreements under guidance of Manager, Land Acquisition.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and maintain relationships throughout the land acquisition and development process.
• Provide weekly status reports and assist with landowner communications and project updates.

This role directly contributes to the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure, helping to transition to a sustainable energy future and reduce carbon emissions.

• Minimum two years of land acquisition experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven sales, account acquisition, and account management experience.
• Contract drafting experience and working knowledge of land, legal, and negotiation principles.

Salary range: $95,200 - $158,000 annually (estimated starting pay $114,000 - $133,000).
