Land Acquisition Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Lead land agreement execution including negotiation, preparation, and closing of leases, purchases, easements, and other real estate documents
• Resolve title and survey issues by identifying, assessing, and addressing concerns with third-party experts and internal teams
• Manage third-party land agents, providing oversight and maintaining documentation of progress and performance
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting through diligent tracking, auditing, and preparation of analytical summaries

This role accelerates the clean energy transition by securing land positions for large-scale renewable energy projects, directly contributing to Intersect Power's mission of advancing sustainable energy development.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Land Management, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in real estate development or acquisition, ideally within energy or large-scale infrastructure
• Strong understanding of real estate agreements including leases, easements, and purchase agreements
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Google Earth, and GIS tools
• Proven project management capabilities in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments

Compensation and benefits:

• Total compensation: $108,000-$118,000 USD (base salary + bonus)
