What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of lab operations including inventory & supply chain management, equipment management, and environmental health & safety compliance
- Manage facility infrastructure and coordinate with vendors for cleaning, waste management, and landlord relations
- Assist with biologics production and evaluation for uplift studies, including PCR, plasmid preps, and mammalian cell banking
- Coordinate and eventually lead in-person study operations including participant recruiting, day-of activities, and post-study evaluations

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- BA in Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in lab operations with at least a year managing a large research group (50+ scientists)
- Experience implementing and optimizing lab systems: LIMS, procurement, inventory tracking, inventory budgeting, equipment booking, equipment repair/maintenance
- 2 years of hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, plasmid preparation, and PCR
