Mission
What you will drive
- Curate, organize, and maintain Worldly's help center and knowledge base to ensure accurate and accessible information for customers.
- Define and execute knowledge management strategy aligned with business goals and customer experience objectives.
- Manage communication with partner organizations to ensure updates to tools are communicated and education content is current.
- Leverage AI tools to scale content creation and manage translation of knowledge base documentation across 8 languages.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5-7 years of experience creating customer-facing content and documentation (trainings, help center articles, SOPs, FAQs).
- Knowledge of basic sustainability concepts and life cycle assessment (LCA) or other environmental/social impact methodologies.
- 2-5 years of experience with Knowledge Base or CMS platforms (Zendesk, Confluence, Hubspot, Notion).
- Complex project management experience with ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
