What you will drive
- In this role, you'll deliver and improve the CBT Lab, a digital mental health program, while managing and training facilitators.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer facilitators delivering evidence-based CBT group sessions.
- Manage program coordination from enrollment through graduation, including support for complex cases.
- Oversee AI-enhanced therapeutic support tools in collaboration with clinical staff.
- Monitor program metrics and participant feedback to identify improvements and maintain clinical integrity.
