Job Description

Role Responsibilities
* Support Product Discovery & Delivery Across Products: Support Product Managers in discovery activities such as customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and hypothesis validation. Help structure problem statements, user stories, and product requirements. Contribute to the preparation and refinement of product roadmaps, MVP definitions, and experiment plans. Assist in backlog preparation and prioritization together with Product Managers and Engineering.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution Support: Work closely with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to support product initiatives. Prepare documentation, briefs, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Help coordinate cross-team dependencies and follow up on action items. Support go-to-market preparations, including feature documentation, enablement materials, and internal communication.
* Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement: Support the tracking and analysis of product KPIs and usage metrics. Help gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative customer feedback. Identify recurring issues, frictions, or improvement opportunities and proactively flag them to Product Managers. Contribute to product health reviews and retrospectives.
* Operational & Portfolio Support: Support operational product topics such as process documentation, tooling improvements, and workflow standardization. Assist in coordinating product-related inputs for legal, tax, compliance, and finance topics. Maintain and improve product documentation across tools and teams. Ensure transparency and consistency across product initiatives.
* Backup & Representation Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication within a clearly defined scope. Escalate strategic or high-impact decisions to the responsible Product Manager or Product Lead.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field
  • First professional experience (e.g., 1โ€“2 years) through internships, working student roles, or entry-level positions in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Management, or a related role
  • Strong interest in digital products, technology, and customer-centric problem solving
  • Structured and reliable working style with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with basic experience in working with data and metrics
  • Strong communication skills in English; German skills are a strong plus or willingness to improve
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort working across different problem domains
