Junior Contract Manager

• Support the end-to-end contract management process and assist with identification, evaluation, and management of contractual and commercial risk
• Review, draft, negotiate, and administer commercial contracts across project-based and service-oriented agreements
• Support Sales and bid teams in contract strategy development, opportunity evaluation, and profitability analysis
• Maintain contract documentation and serve as point of contact for contract-related questions from cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Experience supporting contract management, project coordination, legal operations, or commercial functions
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat

• Base salary range of $104,000 – $122,000 annually
