Junior Business Analyst

• Conduct user research and create detailed process flows, business requirements, and documentation artifacts.
• Translate business needs into automated, digitized, and scalable system and process requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and drive process optimization.
• Document user stories in JIRA and support system documentation as part of release development.

• BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
