What you will drive
As a (Junior) Business Analyst in the Trading Business Support team you will:
Report to the Trading Business Manager and support them in day-to-day activities.
Support Traders and Analysts in administrative and operational matters
Handle operational incidents and coordinate between traders and support
Drive the improvement of operational and governance frameworks
Collaborate with stakeholders to build a comprehensive understanding of internal support processes and market mechanisms
Represent the Trading department in projects and working groups
Build and maintain close and positive relationships with support units
Support the wider management team with administrative tasks within the department.
