Jr. Project Developer

• Facilitate complex geothermal development projects from early-stage through full project contract execution, including business development, stakeholder management, and project coordination.
• Conduct origination research, manage target lists, and support sales and revenue achievement through CRM management and campaign execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare project materials, and maintain databases to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

This role accelerates the adoption of clean energy by streamlining geothermal project development, reducing carbon emissions, and promoting sustainable energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 0–3 years of experience in sales, project management, or project implementation.
• Experience or education in renewable energy, real estate development, MEP, environmental engineering, construction, or architecture.
• Basic proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience working on cross-functional teams with internal and external partners.
