Jr. Business Operations Coordinator, HV/TST (Remote) Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HV/TST team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HV/TST team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
