Description Nihurumie Child Group Organization, operating under Calvin Church Mwanza, Tanzania (Registration No. MCC/CD/CBO/113051), is seeking a passionate and motivated Volunteer Fundraising Coordinator . This role is a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children, youth with disabilities, and underserved families in Mwanza, Tanzania. Volunteers will play a critical role in mobilizing resources to support education, inclusion, and community empowerment programs. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies targeting individuals, organizations, and institutions globally. Identify, research, and engage potential donors, partners, and sponsors. Create compelling campaigns, proposals, and storytelling materials to communicate our impact. Collaborate with the local team to ensure fundraising efforts align with organizational goals and community needs. Track progress and maintain transparency and accountability in fundraising initiatives. Qualifications Passionate about social impact, child welfare, and community development. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. Experience in fundraising, outreach, or nonprofit work is a plus but not required. Commitment to completing the program and achieving agreed fundraising goals. Additional Details This is a volunteer role , with a guaranteed fixed stipend of USD 5,000 upon successful completion of the agreed fundraising goals. This opportunity is not commission-based ; there are no percentage earnings or profit-sharing structures. Volunteers can join anytime throughout the year and work remotely, with flexible hours that fit their schedule.
