Engineering Director

As Engineering Director, you will:

• Lead the Engineering Group within the interdisciplinary Riverscapes and Shorelines Team.
• Collaborate internally and externally to lead, support, and deliver diverse design projects focused on ecological restoration.
• Support a variety of environmental projects across the firm.

This role directly contributes to restoring riverine and coastal systems that support healthy and resilient natural and human communities, addressing critical environmental challenges such as sea-level rise and wildfire resiliency.

• Proven experience in engineering leadership and ecological restoration design.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, landscape architects, geomorphologists, hydrologists, and ecologists.
• Expertise in riverine and coastal restoration, with knowledge of California ecosystems.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
