Technical Partnership Success Manager

• Lead stakeholder meetings and guide customers in leveraging Vibrant Planet's platform for community and multi-jurisdictional wildfire resilience planning.
• Provide technical support including basic GIS operations, troubleshooting spatial data issues, and conducting customer-facing office hours and tutorials.
• Communicate complex scientific and data-driven concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams.

This role directly supports communities and agencies in reducing catastrophic wildfire impacts, protecting ecosystems and infrastructure through data-driven planning and risk mitigation.

• BA/BS in Natural Resources, Environmental Science, GIS, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in community wildfire planning, fire protection/forestry, fire behavior modeling, or GIS applied to wildfire risk mitigation.
• Proficient in ArcGIS or QGIS, including vector and raster operations and spatial data best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Salary: $115,000-135,000 (DOE), plus equity and benefits including health insurance, unlimited PTO, 401k, and home office setup allowance.
